Relax and retreat at the end of the day. The activity begins with calming zen sounds and rhythms, followed by discussing positives taken from the day. Calming Japanese themed colouring, gratitude journal or glitter jar (shake the glitter - it will slowly fall to the bottom. Take a few moments to gaze at it.)
