ASU Elementary School celebrated International Day

We celebrated our International Day event on February 23, with booths from dozens of different countries that offered food, artifacts and information. The event is held annually in conjunction with the Tsagaan Sar holiday. It originally featured Mongolian culture but later expanded to highlight the multicultural nature of our school community. Students, staff and parents hosted and visited different tables during the morning celebration, and in the afternoon, we were treated to the annual performance from our sister school, School 60.
