ES Spring Concert Showcases Student Talents in Variety of Songs

This year’s Spring Concert took place on Thursday, May 12th, at 2 PM. Kindergarten students performed a Jungle Dance and sang along to Katy Perry’s song “Roar.” This was followed by Grade 5 students performing dances to “Count on me” and “Fight Song.” Grade 1 students didn’t disappoint with their performances of “Do Re Mi,” “Perfect Together,” and “Beautiful Day!”

The students in Grades 2-4 performed the musical “Let’s Pass It On” by Michael and Jill Gallina. This musical encourages students to pass on good deeds, promoting positive feelings that will, in turn, make the world a happier place. Students from Drama Club wrote the script of the skit, and thus learned about friendship, kindness, and care in more meaningful ways. Also, students from dance club offered a great performance!
