Students Travel to Yale University for World Scholar’s Cup TOC

In November, 9 students traveled to New Haven, CT to participate in the World Scholar’s Cup Tournament of Champions that was held on the Yale University campus. The students had a fantastic time competing along with students from 58 different countries. The tournament challenges students in debate, collaborative writing, scholar’s challenge (8 subject areas) and the scholar’s bowl. In addition to the competition, students enjoyed a day trip to Boston to tour the campuses of MIT and Harvard as well as downtown Boston. We are proud of our students who came back with silver and gold medals along with having a rich and inspiring experience.
